Managing Partner

Walter is a Managing Partner at AZ Apice and a member of the firm's Investment Committee. He joined AZ Apice in 2016 from Morgan Stanley's Private Wealth Management Division where he was an Executive Director managing private wealth for individuals and corporations. Prior to coming to Morgan Stanley in 2007, he had worked for Lehman Brothers for seven years as a Vice President in their Private Investment Management Division where he built his experience managing money and trading securities for ultra-high-net-worth families and mid-sized institutions in Brazil. Walter's expansive knowledge of the markets and the economy allows him to apply his diverse set of skills to his clients' portfolio management and asset allocation strategies. Walter serves a select client base, from a broad spectrum of industries which include numerous corporate executives, entrepreneurs, entertainers, and professional athletes. Walter has over twenty years of investment experience and holds a BS in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Newbury College (Boston, MA) and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Walter is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish. He also holds FINRA series 7, 6, 3, 26, 63, 65.
